Job Description

  • Create, manage and monitor on Social media and Web content to ensure content updates and user engagement.
  • Create, manage and monitor on Social media activity
  • Good communication especially writing skill.
  • Work closely with Client Service team, Creative team, Strategic Planning team to enhance new features, initiate consumer marketing campaigns and drive improvement of traffics and brand awareness.
  • Support Client Service team with innovative ideas of content, and sharing user experiences.
  • Measure, Track and report on all Social media and site metrics.
  • Work well under pressure and timeline with positive attitude.
